1. Processing Time

· Sample orders: 5-7 business days
· Bulk orders (500+ pcs): 15-25 business days (depends on quantity)

2. Shipping Methods

· Standard by sea: DLX International Logistics CO.,LTD ,  Guangzhou XziPai Enterprise Management CO.,LTD,  Guangzhou DunFu International Freight CO.,LTD(20-35 business days,  contact for quote)
· Express: DHL / FedEx / UPS (5-7 business days worldwide, contact for quote)

3. Shipping Cost

· Price varies and bulk orders get discounted rates –– contact us for real-time quote.

4. Customs & Duties

· Buyer pays any import duties/taxes.
· DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available for bulk orders – ask for details.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

· If marked “delivered” but not received, first contact the carrier.
· We will provide all documents to help you file a claim.
· For damaged items, contact us within 7 days with photos.

6. Address Accuracy

· Please provide correct shipping address. Incorrect addresses causing return/delay will incur reshipping fee.
